Edit your menu

Your menu is the row of links at the top of every page. In the Studio you can change the words on each entry and where it goes.

Rename an entry or change where it goes

1. Click Edit in Studio in your dashboard.

2. In the editing panel, scroll down to the group called On every page. Open the Menu card.

3. Find the entry you want. Entries are listed as Item 1, Item 2 and so on, in the order they appear in your menu.

4. In Label, type the words you want people to see.

5. In Link, change where the entry goes, if you need to.

6. If an entry opens a dropdown, its choices are listed right after it, named like Item 2 › Submenu link 1. Each has its own Label and Link.

7. Click Publish. See Preview, undo and publish.

The menu is the same on every page, so a change here shows on all of them once you publish.

Other boxes in the Menu card

Some sites have more in the Menu card. You see these only if your site has them.

• Your button. The button at the end of the menu. Change Button text and Button link. Words in the phone menu is what the same button says at the bottom of the menu on a phone.
• Quick links. The strip above the menu. Change its Words here.

What you cannot change here

The Studio changes the entries you already have. It does not add new entries or remove old ones. If you need an entry added or taken out, ask us.
