Plan and billing

Plan and billing is where you choose your plan and see which one you are on. For what each plan includes, see Plans and pricing.

Choose a plan

  1. Click Plan and billing in your dashboard menu. You can also click manage or see plans on Home.

  2. Pick Monthly or Annual at the top. Annual shows a note: pay for 10 months, get 12.

  3. Click the plan you want: Starter, Business or Pro. The price on each card changes to match your choice.

  4. Read the short summary that appears under the plans. It states what you pay now and what you pay when the plan renews.

  5. Tick the first box to agree to how the plan renews, and tick the second to agree to the SayVel terms. Both must be ticked. Until they are, the button stays dim and says Tick both boxes to continue.

  6. Click Continue to payment. The button names your plan and price, like “Continue to payment, $40/mo”. It then reads Opening secure checkout, and a payment page opens.

  7. Enter your payment details on that page. You never type them into SayVel.

When you come back, a line at the top says Payment received and names your plan. If it has not caught up yet, it says your plan may take a minute to show. The page refreshes itself once after a few seconds. If it still looks the same, reload it after a moment.

If you back out of the payment page, you land here again with a note that nothing was charged.

If plans are not on sale yet

Before we open to everyone, you may see this instead: Plans are not on sale quite yet. Yours is reserved, and nothing here will change without you. The plan cards look dim and cannot be clicked. You do not need to do anything.

After you have a plan

Once a plan is active, this page shows its name and one message: Your plan is active. Changing plans is coming soon. Until then, tell us what you need and we will switch you by hand.

So you cannot yet switch plans yourself from this page. Tell us which plan you want and we will move you. See Get help for how to reach us.
